Members of The Guillon Society can register their interest in writing with their preferred date. We will come back to them with a comprehensive information pack.
There are limited seats available and application must be done through The Guillon Society before a specific cut off date. Reservations on the Confrerie du Guillon website is for Compagnons only. With 4 200 Compagnons and their guests, events fill up very quickly.
What to expect: Ressats are a six-course Michelin-star level gourmet dinner with wine pairing. It is a formal black-tie 6-hour event that follows a strict protocol and rituals. Speeches and songs are held in French. Members will be accompanied by a host who will help with the translation into English if necessary
