Annual Banquet
In the Swiss Canton de Vaud, a 'ressat' or banquet, is the celebratory meal marking the end of hard collective work, such as the harvest.
Inspired by the famous Ressats from our partner La Confrérie du Guillon, The Guillon Society organises a similar event once a year in Singapore:
A gourmet dinner where each wine and dish is presented with text and ceremony, music and entertainment, makes this event a culinary delight and joyful occasion for Members and their guests.
Invitations will be issued to Members in due course.
