We have limited seats available for our Members and application must be done through The Guillon Society. Reservations on the Confrerie du Guillon website is for Compagnons only. With 4 200 Compagnons and their guests, events fill up very quickly.
What to expect: Ressats are a six-course Michelin-star level gourmet dinner with wine pairing that last 6 hours. It is a formal black-tie event that follows a strict protocol and rituals. Speeches and songs are held in French. Members will be accompanied by a host who will help with the translation into English
